15. Our Marketplace Agency Terms
- Contracts and Payments: All contracts and payments must be conducted through the Sales Expert Agency platform. External transactions are prohibited.
- Work Diary and Milestones: Similar to Upwork’s work diary, sellers must use Sales Expert Agency’s tools to track work progress and set milestones for large projects.
- Gig Listings: Sellers can create and list service offerings (similar to SalesExpertAgency’s “Gigs”) with detailed descriptions, prices, and delivery times.
- Order Fulfillment: Buyers place orders based on the listed services, and sellers are obligated to fulfill these orders within the specified timeframe.
